1. CNC lathe tool
(1) Requirements for cutting tools
CNC lathe can also be used for rough and finish machining. In order to make roughing machining with larger cutting depth and larger feed speed, it requires high strength and good durability of roughing tool. The first thing is to ensure the processing accuracy, so it requires high precision and good durability of the tool. In order to reduce the tool change time and facilitate the tool alignment, it should be possible to use more machine clips. CNC lathes also require consistent blade durability to facilitate the use of tool life management functions. When using tool life management, the setting principle of blade durability is based on the low durability of the blade in the batch. In this case, the consistency of blade durability is even more important than its average life.
(2) CNC lathe tool
CNC turning tools are generally divided into three categories, namely, pointed turning tools, circular turning tools and formed turning tools. A turning tool characterized by a straight cutting edge is generally called a pointed turning tool. The tip of this type of turning tool (and also its cutting point) is composed of a linear main and secondary cutting edge, such as 90? Inner and outer round turning tools, left and right end turning tools, grooving (broken) turning tools and various round and inner hole turning tools with small chamfering of the tip. When machining parts with this kind of turning tool, the outline shape of the part is mainly obtained after the displacement of an independent tool tip or a linear main cutting edge, which is completely different from the principle of the outline shape of the part obtained during the processing of the other two kinds of turning tools.
Circular arc turning tool is a special tool for CNC machining. It is characterized that the shape of the cutting edge forming the main cutting edge is an arc with small roundness error or line profile error; Each point of the circular arc edge is the tip of the circular arc turning tool, so the knife point is not on the circular arc, but on the center of the circular arc; The circular radius of the turning tool is theoretically independent of the shape of the part to be machined, and can be flexibly determined or determined as needed. When the tip of some pointed turning tools or formed turning tools (such as thread turning tools) has a certain arc shape, it can also be used as such turning tools. Circular arc turning tool can be used for turning inner and outer surfaces, especially suitable for turning all kinds of smooth connection (concave) forming surfaces.
